WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL

Concha y nata took two clasics, the concha pastry and the guajolota (tamal torta) and reinvented them in a very cool and delicious way.

They also offer hearty breakfast options like fried eggs with caramelized bacon served inside a puffy bread, pork skin cooked in red sauce and delicious bread.

WHAT YOUR SHOULDN’T MISS

The guajolota, definitely. This is a dish that we typically eat in the street, a Tamal inside a piece of bread, fullfilling and delicious. But this guys take on the guajolota is awesome. Is asically a tamal covered in dough and then baked. It´s like a chicken bake version of a guajolota and the result it´s simply delicious.

You should also try the concha con nata. It´s a fluffy buttery pastry stuffed with a kind of curd. Simply amazing.
