My favorite coffee shop in the city is Casa Cardinal i love how they make great coffee but they are not coffee snobs and you can actually enjoy your beverage in a simple, uncomplicated place with the most delicious blends and nice servers.
WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL
First of all these guys are awesome, they work with small producers from Oaxaca not only paying incredible fair prices but also educating the community and helping them produce better beans year after year increasing the overall quality of the coffee, therefore, rising the prices hence making the community prosperous and happy.
If this was not enough to convince you to give them a chance, they make the best cortado in town and they also have very cool drinks made with coffee.
WHAT YOUR SHOULDN’T MISS
The cortado of course, and also the Voltaire, coffee with Mexican chocolate they have great cold brew, sandwiches and cookies if you are feeling hungry.
