Sersana

Sersana is a super cool functional training studio, they are focused in women’s traning but you can also attend if you are a guy. The method was created by Lety Román, each session is designed to help you build a toned, strong and lean body preventing injuries.

Sersana’s method is challenging and targets different body parts, sessions last 1 hour, you can choose between cardio, strength, functional and dancing sessions. You can expect lots of planks, squats and stretching. Basically all the latest and coolest Instagram moves are included in the sessions. In just one hour you’ll burn enough calories to be able to eat all the tacos you want.

Sersana operates from Monday to Saturday and you can book only 1 session on their website or directly at the gym.
