This is a casual, easy and cool restaurant for a quick bite or an easy dinner. No reservations are needed (unless you come with a big group) and it’s a very cool option if you don’t want to go full Mexican but you are looking for some Mexican flavor.

WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL

The great bar and the high ceilings, casual and relaxed atmosphere, the use of seasonal ingredientes and dishes that change every season, hence the restaurant’s name. Simple dishes like the tuna tostadas, or more complex ones like the braised short rib are on the fixed menu.

Diego, the chef makes everything from scratch, from the bread to the cured ham and smoked fish you’ll find in his dishes. The sauces that come with the bread are legendary, make sure you try them, you can also buy a jar of sauce to go.

WHAT YOU SHOULDN´T MISS

Anything with octopus, Diego the chef is the best octopus cook ever, the stews are also AMAZING, I specially love the pork shanks and the short rib, and of course the enchiladas.
